Outcome
The Board of Directors of Leweko Resources Berhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions pertaining to the ordinary and special businesses as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ["AGM"]dated 31October 2016were duly passed by way of poll at the AGM held earlier today.
The results of the poll were validated by Mdm. Tan Yoke May of Inuri Management Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
