The Board of Directors of Leweko Resources Berhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions pertaining to the ordinary and special businesses as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ["AGM"] dated 31 October 2019were duly passed by way of poll at the AGM held earlier today.
