The Board of Directors of Ekovest Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23 November 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineerappointed by the Company.
