Outcome
The Board of Directors of Omesti Berhad( Omesti or "the Company")wishes to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Seventeenth Annual General Meeting held on 15September 2017 wereduly passed.
The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Quantegic ServicesSdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Omesti.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
