Outcome
The Board of Directors of Emico Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the 24th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Company held today, 19 August 2016 were unanimously carried.
All the resolutions were voted upon by poll and results of the poll are attached herewith.
Mr Teoh Ming Liang, a formal founder Chairman of Messrs Teoh, Yap & Co was appointed as the Scrutineer for the polling exercise at the AGM.
