The Board of Directors of Iconic Worldwide Berhad (formerly known as Sanbumi Holdings Berhad) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Fiftieth Annual General Meeting ("50th AGM") dated 31 July 2019 wereduly passed at the 50th AGM of the Company held earlier today.

The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
