The Board of Directors of Formosa Prosonic Industries Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce thatresolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 25April 2019 and tabled at the said Annual General Meeting held on 24 May2019 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll areset out in the attachment below.
