The Board of Directors of Lysaght Galvanized Steel Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirty-Ninth Annual General Meeting ("39th AGM") of the Company dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 39th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
