The Board of Directors ofGadang Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that at theExtraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held today, 12 June 2019, the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 28 May 2019 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll.
The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
