Gadang Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company dated 29 September 2017, were duly approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 24th AGM held on 8 November 2017. The results of the poll were duly verified by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
