The Board of Directors of FITTERS Diversified Berhad(the "Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirty-FirstAnnual General Meeting ("31stAGM"), except for Resolution 2, were approved by way of poll voting. Please refer to the attachment for the poll results.

Ordinary Resolution 2 was withdrawn and not put for voting as the Company had received notification from Encik Zahedi Bin Haji Mohd Zainprior to the 31st AGM that he wish to retire and therefore he did not seek re-election as a Director of the Company at the 31st AGM.

The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
