The Board of Directors of Teo Guan Lee Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the Ordinary Resolutions as set outin the notice convening the Twenty-FifthAnnual General Meeting ("25th AGM") dated 29October2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 25th AGM of the Company held earlier today.
The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. KFF, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
