The Board of Directors of Industronics Berhad ("IB") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of IBhad, at the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting ("EGM") of IBheld on Friday, 11January 2019 approved the soleSpecial Resolution as set out in the Notice of the EGM contained in the Circular dated 13 December 2018.
