The Board of Directors of Chee Wah Corporation Bhd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Thirty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (“39th AGM”) dated 28 October 2016 were duly passed at the 39th AGM of the Company held on 23 November 2016.

The voting in respect of all the resolutions was carried out by way of poll, results of which was verified by Ms. Melissa Liew Lay Kim from Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The details of the results on polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 39th AGM is attached herewith.
