Outcome
The Board of Directors of Ideal United Bintang International Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the FirstAnnual General Meeting ("1stAGM") dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed at the 1st AGM of the Company held today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Interesources Secretarial Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 1stAGM is attached herewith.
