Outcome
The Board of Directors of Ideal United Bintang International Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting ("EGM") dated 28 February 2019 were duly passed at the EGM of the Company held today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Interesources Secretarial Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the EGM is attached herewith.
