The Board of Directors of Ideal United Bintang InternationalBerhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM") dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed at the AGM of the Company held on 10 June2019 by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll were validated by Interesources Secretarial Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the AGM is attached herewith.
