The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Shareholders of Farm's Best Berhad have, at the EGM held today, 29 September 2015 approved and passed the Ordinary Resolution pertaining to the Proposed Disposal of Ten(10) Parcels of Freehold Vacant Land in Mukim Grisek, Daerah Ledang, Johor by Sinmah Poultry Farm Sdn Bhd, a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company to Budi Saja Sdn Bhd for a Cash Consideration of RM27,000,000as set out in the Circular to Shareholders andNotice of EGM dated 10 September 2015. The resolutionwas duly carried by show ofhands.
