The Board of Directors of Sinmah Capital Berhad (Formerly known as Farm's Best Berhad) ("the Company")is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fourth AnnualGeneral Meeting ("24th AGM") of the Company dated 27April, 2018were duly passed by Shareholders of the Company at the 24th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing HouseSdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
