The Board of Directors of Farm's BestBerhad ("FBB") wishes to announce that all the 9ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of FBB's 23rdAnnual General Meeting (AGM) dated 28April2017 were duly passedat FBB's 23rdAGM held today, Monday, 29May 2017.

The voting on all the 9resolutions were carried out by way of a poll, and the results of the poll were validated by Needsbridge Advisory Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by FBB.

Thedetails of the results of the poll are as set out in the attachment.
