The Board of Directors of Bertam Alliance Berhad ("Bertam") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 28 September 2016 was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM held on 14 October 2016.
Theresultof the poll, which was validated by PKF Malaysia, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company,is set out in the attachment below.
