The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 May 2019 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were duly tabled and received at the 25th Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM") under item 1 in the Notice of the 25th AGM.
All the Resolutions were voted on a poll at the 25th AGM of the Company. The poll was scrutinised by SH Corporate Services Sdn Bhd. Please refer to the following for the poll results of the Resolutions passed.
