Now those on going project still going on, so I don't think there are any shrinkage of demand beside the mills still running on 3 shift operations. Of they still need additional money to start up new mills of antara and mega steel but I believe the cost is at minimum but the rewards are big. You can see there is a small increase of capital expend. from 2.69 to 2.72 from last QR to this QR and most of capital expend can be expense out to 10 years.
Let's not put the future earning into consideration, with 7-8 cents of EPS, anually the EPS will be at 28 to 32 cents. Current price of 90 at PE3.2 is on the extremely low side due to the liquidity of market (foreign fund exit and UMNNNNNooo cronies exit)
But once the confident is back PE 5 into the very near future is within reach. 1st TP = 1.5
At the moment, Rebar prices in China of various sizes from12mm to 25mm are from RMB4700 to RMB5000. I was shock the level of rebar prices in China is about 15%-18% higher than Malaysia prices.
Steel mills business in Malaysia is some how catel and they will raise the price as and when require with no competition from China.
Once the earning is stable PE8 is possible and 2.4 will happen. |
