The power station operate by the Chinese and all workers are subjected to health screen by Veitnam authority but i think this can be overcome, even today most of the Chinese workers are still in Hai doung.
Raw material are coal and will not be an issue as most are from local or Indonesia.
Spare part from China may be interuppted the supply temporary depending on the spare source of supply but it will not be catastrophic in nature.
so material, manpower and machine will some how have minimum risk from wuhan virus, i believe |
