Then per month is 20 kg extraction ie RM 4.6 m per month, then in 1 year the revenue is RM 55.2 m, then in 5 years the total revenue is RM 276 m, the royalty payment is RM 9 m in the 1st year and the subsequent 4 years is RM 5.25 m each year, then total royalty is RM 30 m.This means the gross profit in 5 years is RM 246 m. The two problem is can yt get 20 kg of gold per month for 5 years and the price of gold don't fluctuate much. After reading the agreement many times, I think this contract is good. |
