Geely buying 51% of Lotus & remaining 49% will be acquired by Etika Automobile, which is owned by Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary.

Eg: if a person holds IPO shares for 3 years, he will get 3 tickets as per your link.
If he attend AGM annually, then get an additional ticket annually.
If the shareholder or his proxy does not attend the AGM, no ticket will be given.
This was the past years practice. Not sure if any changes going forward.... |
