Hi justiceserver, how and where to get the form from Mega Corporate Services to complete the application for conversion. BTW, is it RM20.00 or RM40.00 to be paid to Mega Corp for processing. Don't understand how KPMG can be unfair to Serba when it is Serba who is unable to furnish or provide the auditors with the evidence and documents. Why Serba Mgmt cannot produce the evidence and documents; and then blame KPMG ? At least KPMG has the guts to discharge its responsibility and duties as "TRUE" auditors; and not like other auditing companies which "chicken out" and disengagement their relationship with lame excuses like "lack of human resources" The public and minority shareholders of Serba should give their "Thumb Up" and "Gratitude" to KPMG

Hi Combilia Hubella - Sorry I m very "blurr.." over the PA. The market price of Tawin-PA is RM0.325 and Exercise price is RM0.10 with Ratio of 4:1 (meaning 4 PAs to 1 Tawin ord. sh). So how is PA price still "in the money" to convert by paying 7.5 sen per unit. Would appreciate your enlightenment on this, please
