lines installed.
The Group expects strong demand for its gloves from both local and overseas markets.
Recently, the Group has inked an agreement with LKL International Bhd to market, sell
and distribute gloves produced by the Group. This strategic partnership is timely and
will bolster the Group’s pursuit to become a leading glove player, given LKL’s
experience in distribution and its good client base. The Group’s venture into the glove
business is expected to allow the Group to capitalise on a booming segment with
favorable long term prospects and is expected contribute to the future earnings of the

NOTION announced that it won the glove sales contract

Although it is not a glove manufacturer, Nuo Shen Group (NOTION 0083) announced that it has won a glove sales contract worth RM 337.8 million.
The company claims that the company supplies nitrile inspection gloves to the European market with a total contract value of RM337.8 million.
After Nuo Shen made this announcement today, it stimulated its share price to surge 19% or 19 sen to RM1.19, having hit a high of RM1.26 during the session.
Nuo Shen Group reported to Bursa Malaysia that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Notion Venture Sdn Bhd, will be responsible for the production of gloves in Malaysia and split the gloves exported to Europe into two batches.
The contract is expected to incentivize the net profit per share and net assets per share in the first quarter of fiscal year 2020 until the contract expires.
Nuo Shen Group decided to enter the healthcare field in April this year, producing and selling personal protective equipment (PPE) products.
