我如果有短期预测能力，应该会在投资路上亏大钱。
这个股其实还很新。在打造着，具体数字看很烂。现在是混乱中慢慢shape好它的生意和客户。
关于巨额投资。其实有点矛盾。
如果一个公司没机会巨额投资了，它的成长只能靠效率。特别是科技电子工业是必要。
但可以巨额投资不代表我生意滚滚啦！
我引用最新Annual report 的一段话：
within the next 12 months from the date of approval for issuance of this set of financial statements, no significant cost cutting measures or reduction in the budgeted capital expenditure are planned.
管理层没有要慢的意思。
还有一点，他的客户是国际MNC。 这些公司除了看你的科技能力，也看你的财务能力。不然他们不会随便跟你签约。 |

就是投资“他们要打造自己的技术蓝图。”
而这个蓝图已经开始看到成效了。
Salute 就像一个健康的人，在打造过程中由于大量的开销和不稳定的生意回报，导致他入院，现在在ICU。
经过那么多个季度的抢救，医生专业角度已经判断他“终身残废” 了。
只有护士看到他手指开始动了，觉得有希望。（手指开始动意思是在打造自己的技术蓝图里，从单一客户，已经开始接到5个新客户了） 但处于开始阶段，而且生意不是直线上升的，还有很大的生意风险。
所以忍受不住，不要买这只股。
曾经SALUTE两次跌穿BOOK VALUE， 一次是2019 年给我0.35 sen 逮到，可是由于资金没放完，飞起来100% 左右我卖完大部分，因为不知道发生什么事大起。留下一小部分出席AGM。我也觉得没赚很多。
第二次跌穿是2020 COVID。
拜MCO 2 传闻的那星期，和第二个星期“紧急状态” 新闻，我终于找到机会来低了。
现在其实市场已经开始有期待了。
一度穿越100% BOOK value超过70 sen
历史P/BOOK最高去到3.7， 这是期望和信心最高时候。
现在由于期待落空，信心没了，对我来说有安全边际。
老板卖股不是好事。我会看有没有情绪机会买进。我预计HOLD 最少1年，过后再看。
*另外补充。由于一月进入大量生产，所以预期下个季度会好。
可是会计上，他的REVENUE是运去美国，客户收到了才算数。他们运输需要3个月左右哦！ |

元宵节快乐。
大股东卖股，一般直觉都是不好的，所以我的分析绝对有偏见的。
提醒一下，我也是用公开市场资讯判断，然后猜的。
投资就是建立组合，然后接受个股是可以亏50%/100% 的，但可以有机会赚200% 以上。
以个股来说，再厉害分析，生意是会变的。
好了，卖两百万股，对于他们还有57%持股来说其实很少罢了。我相信以后还会卖的。
假设公司真的变质了，他们卖，其实RM拿回1.2million很少罢了。
再看看2019 /8/23， 也是卖了7百万，过后VISTA九月终于推出，股价开始飞。
我猜哪时候应该是卖给一些大户吧！（不知道是不是冷眼）
如果真的没信心，真的建议卖掉不要烦了。
如果股价因为股东卖股下挫，跌穿0.5, 我会加剩下的资金。
我加码不是因为我知道接下来发生什么事情。投资永远都是未知数的事情，所以才好玩。

其实公司也是继续经营生意、解决问题。
只是投资人喜欢根据大量资讯做买卖决策。

1st rule of Investment is: buy the company you can sleep well. If.not, even salute can make money in future, but hold till cant sleep well. Not worth.

其实那个四月lunch的耳机，Salutica 网站，esteem customer 里面有那个公司，美国的。
但是有个美国大公司，管理层不方便说。这个如果我知道的话就更有信心了。
刚刚去Jaybird社交平台看看，有人问几时出新耳机。Jaybird 回答叫他们留意宣布。应该很快要出了。
有人跟你买，压力山大咯。

The new customer came from Australia and US, the earbud price around RM 1800.
New Vista is one of the product going to produce in 2021. Using Level 2 technology. Which is more better.
Their roadmap is making the product more better.
Vista is Level 1, which is fundamental.
Now enter level 2, which they gain more enquiry from new customer .
They keep investing their machine and increase production line recently .
With more and more advance technology, salute can have more chance to get new customer.
This is why I invest on it.
Use classic fundamental analysis salute, it is terrible company!
At the end, business got risk.
I can accept my capital lost, because Salute is one of the company in my profolio only.
Build a profolio, diversify.
Focus your active income
Spend less
Manage debt
Keep invest.
In a long term can build wealth.
