oil price has been recovered and stable since 2020 and most of the O&G company has improved their order book and KNM is still lagging behind? i see no prospect in KNM at all beside disposing their businesses to pair down their debts. KNM is going down for sure. expecting even lower revenue and loss for the coming QR

dispose Borsig? whatelse can KNM do after disposing the only profit making cash cow in KNM? Ethanol plant in Thailand has cease its operation therefore no income from Ethanol Plant at all. where is Peterborough WTE Plant??? from 2017 until today no updates from the company. no development no progression. another fail project. KNM has very good underlying prospect??? what prospect are you referring to if they are planning to dispose Borsig?

by looking at the reasons given by MAA to acquire KNM shares you know MAA simply entertain the media. they are not keen on long term relationship with KNM. they know nothing about Borsig. they just know the the share price is below NTA lol.. what a joke
