If one day the price goes to RM1.50, the 10sen now is nothing. Many counters like E&O also drop to below 40sen during 1998 crash and 2008. But in both times, it recover back to above RM2. This is from history and that time was without STP2 completion and land price there was below RM200 per sq ft. Now is around RM500 per sq ft. |

In accounting terms, this is actually a good move by E&O as better to write down and bring out all bad news at one shot and bite the bullet one time. And since the profit for 2019 is so minimal. Then next year, you can move ahead with better results and news. I think E&O got a good management which adopted this principle. |

Good part is they already write down all the investment assets now. Should have been done in next quarter. So, next quarter won’t be as bad as this quarter. And there is a balance of RM170mil due from KWAP, being 20% from the sale of STP2A after completion of the infra. Debts already reduced by 600mil. And there is still balance of RM1billion from the Sukuk not yet drawdown and almost RM300mil cash. |

1. Jemaah Urusharta already finish selling their shares and no more sales by fund managers
2. Most shares already in the hands of big players including Dato Tee
3. Big players no longer selling
4. Public spread of shares is already reduced significantly
Due to low public spread, the shares will easily jump up in price if there is some good news and/or anyone want to accumulate.
Yes, agree that this counter will go up a lot if can hold at least 6 months. Previously, price went up above RM2 |

The business expansion will be delayed in Indonesia. So, the cash will continue generate fixed income. |

Their current projects in KL are all JV with Mitsui Fudosan which will not incur debts as they are landowners.
Looking forward, they will be milking profit from STP2A after 2021. Book value of STP2A is only less than RM900mil while market value is easily above RM3bil (6mil sq ft at RM500psf) |
