Investors obviously not impressed by what they saw from the management and refused to agree to lock in period. Board desperate so they procede with PP. At the same time, as soon as the PP price has been decided using three days vwap of the share price, someone, don't know who la but use your logic to figure it out, goreng the price to attract retailers. After goreng a few days and the price more than doubled, they announce PP the very next day at low price. As soon as shares masuk account, they dispose. Some more the management won't tell the public who received this PP and probably public will never know because they will dump everything before they have to declare they are significant shareholders.
If it does eventually come out that the PP holders did become significant shareholders and didn't sell, I will have a lot more confidence in the company, but I doubt that is the case based on today's volume. |

At 10-11 sen per share, they need to issue 1.5 BILLION shares for PP or DOUBLE the existing share base. Even if they they issue 100 million each time they will need 15 rounds, each round they can tipu less and less people to help them goreng the price so PP investors are happy. |

PP at 11 sen look cantik when it was trading at 10-12 sen. That means the investors liked what was promised by the company. Then macam goreng up to 23 sen with crazy volume makes me think these investors were promised a quick profit at the expense of the minority shareholders. Let's see the volume traded over the next few days. |

The price has almost doubled since despite having proven nothing in terms of actual earnings. I'm still holding but I also understand that moving forward this will be a pure goreng stock. Everyone else who is looking at this stock and is keen to enter should bear that in mind as well. |

For me I bought a little bit because of tie up with ecrl which is forcasted to bring in revenue of 400m over 5 years. I'm willing to wait for it to show results.
