I has been investing Sentral (was Quill) since 2012, dividend was 7% and cost around 1.02.Two years ago Add on a lot more during the dipped in 2020 and now my average only 55c after disposing some overbought at 90c. At my cost yields 12% and current price of 96c still yields 7.1%. I witness a lot of Tenants come and go. When someone leave, price stagnant or drop. I add more if the yields is attractive. When new tenants moves in, price will shoot up. Then is time unload some overbought position. After all, assets value at RM1.18 now fire sell at RM0.96 with potential dividend 7.1%. Mana cari assets like this. Who cares tenants leaving Wisma Technic and BMW

Today reported in SinChew paper. According to AmSpec data. Malaysia CPO total export for May 1st -10th is 376,573 tonnes compare to 271,201 tonnes for April 1st -10th. Which indicates increases of 38.85%. Don't worry, with world shortage of edible, today they don't buy tomorrow they will pay higher to buy

Anyway now I only concern on how much profit Bplant will make in Q1 2022. Last quarter average CPO price around RM6,900. Just hope they includes part of the Kulai Young Estate disposal gain as Dividend

@InvestIcon, I totally agrees with you. I invested Reits since 2009 and more than 50% of my investment are Reits. I own YTL reit, IGB reit, Sunreit, Sentral, ESR reit, Suntec Reits. before 2012, dividend from Malaysia Reits were Zero tax before 10% withholding tax imposed after 2012. Spore reits still 0% tax for individual until today. US also 10%. Currently, The highest tax rate is 10% in the world. If you are individual, you can choose to accept withholding tax as final tax or subject to business income tax if your income mainly depends on equities trading.

Lurker, Spore Reits are much better return since 2020. 2020 many above 10% and now still have many quality reits pay more than 7%. Spore can pay that high due to Totally tax free for individual investors.

Argentina being the largest Soy Bean Oil exporter facing La Nina and expected Yields this year drop 20%. Currently , Argentina rise Export tax to make sure Edible Oil for local market is stable. Black Sea (Ukraine and Russia) contributes 70% of the Sunflower Oil in the world. Now Russia ban exporting Sunflower Oil to unfriendly countries and West Ukraine which is the main area to plant Sunflower oil switch to plant Oat, Millet and Buck Wheat due to East Ukraine mainly control by Russia and East Ukraine is the main area to plant Buck Wheat, Oat and Millet. That means Sunflower Oil will soon facing shortage

1984 US claimed Palm Oil causing Heart Attack, but later California banned Soy bean Oil and other cool weather trans fat oil to use in Restaurant siding these oil will cause Heart Attack. When proven CPO is actually healthy oil and will reduce Bad Cholesterol two weeks after first consume CPO. They change strategy, European in 2000s claimed CPO not environmental friendly. But when evident shows CPO only occupied 3% of the land to support the demand of 35% world population but Soy Bean oil use 30% land to support 10% world population. Which CPO is far more environmental friendly than Soy Bean Oil. When they see these reasons cannot be used. Now US starts using Force Labour for Malaysia Plantations. In short, they just try all the ways to protect their agriculture.

Q4 2021 Operational Profit is 45m which translate to 2.61 cents per share. The Forward PE is now only 2.8 and since Kalimantan Land is now allocated provision losses.
