题目是，为何美国经济成长率低于我国？
我读到答案，因为美国政府不敢乱乱花钱，我国政府敢，我觉得好好笑。

然后，《看不见的手》我也想拜读，请问，这本书讲述什么呢？

看不见的手 is not a book is a theory developed by Adam Smith in The Wealth of Nations
