I saw many people every month pay installment for shop lot, apartment lot(3-5k) but there is empty, no body stay...wakakakaka this group of people very good....used their hard earn money support the entire economy of Malaysia( give developer untung, give bank untung , give gov collect cukai)....

Construction stop, worker go back, 99 supermaket decrease 50% customer,simen batu tak ada orang beli, property agent kena pecat, banker kena pecat, gov bor duit kutip, rumput naik, ular banyak...wakakkakaka

Hong Kong sudah mati, Malaysia belum lagi, but now will drop. mau goreng property need hold until 5 year

it did drop a bit but still much higher than 2009-2012 level - most are still on net gain.
