I know what I’m talking about lmao. You think GFM hit RM22 without foreign investors? Goldman Sachs was the key figure behind the pump and dump before the financial crisis. |

Growth YoY profit margin, EPS, etc. But the company is still sitting on debt based on a ~3 debt to equity ratio. I am calling the recent Private Placement move to “raise capital for business plans” BS because it’s clearly part of the plan to pay or reduce its debt. On declining revenue, I might have made some mistake on this part. My investment strategy mainly revolves around identifying turnaround opportunities instead of buying the dip based on technical analysis. To counter some flaws and inconsistencies in my earlier comments, within the short term, the company does have marginally improved financial health but still not enough to impress foreign investors. Revenue in 2016 (in millions) : 92.08 Revenue in 2020 end of fiscal year: 116.87 21% growth Adjusted EBITDA 2016 - 19.58 2017 - 17.99 2018 - 16.12 2019 - 39.41 20/0 - 43.87 Adjusted Net Income 2016- 13.04 2017 - 10.86 2018 - 7.40 2019 - 5.93 2020 - 8.40 Adjusted basic EPS 2016 - 0.03 2017 - 0.03 2018 - 0.02 2019 - 0.01 2020 - 0.02 As you can see, the latest earnings look good on the surface level, but compared to previous years, it’s insufficient to prove a successful turnaround for the company in order to boost financial health and retain shareholder value. |
