Highlights:

1) Sime Darby has recently deconsolidated SD Plantation and SD Property by end Nov 2017. Post the exercise, Sime Darby is mainly driven by Industrial and Motor segment.

2) Affected by impairments and losses in Vietnam operation.

3) Higher YoY on stronger sales, but declined QoQ due to 1Q18 recognized gain on disposal of property in Australia worth RM156m.
