But no 6 seems u still not agree. pls read syf latest qtr rpt and u will find info on syf latest projects e.g. iris residence, kiara plaza and lavender residence. Their property revenue is the highest cmpare other segment !

Guys, i will not comment here again. Talking facts but not appreciated. I spent 4 hours day monitor stocks and u should know what sort of info i have by reading and studying facts.

SuperPanda why not share your opinion the outlook of our furnitures stock companies. It appears most of them suffered terrible price fall, puzzling as they export their products.

Blackwhite, furniture export oriented now face challenge due to strenght of RM. Hevea, Homeriz, Jaycorp to name. Forecast future earnings may drop.

Mieco is not makg furniture. They do particle board similar to syf child compny and evergreen. Hevea also hve particle board.

Evergrn price drop a lot coz 3 straight qtrs earning down, same like hevea but mieco 3 straight qtrs up. Thats why i invest in Mieco.

EGM is to approve related party transaction. For minority shareholders, we are interested if such transaction can be beneficial in these ways: market price, earnings, prospects, reduced risks. Thus, the final analysis is to know if such transaction can be fair, reasonable and not detrimental to shareholders. Market reaction seems not favouring the purchase by Mieco as has been reflecting in the persistent declined of its market price. If it is approved, loan will increased from RM66.17 millions to RM166.21 millions or gearing up to 0.45 from 0.18. (Source from Circular to shareholders dated 30th Nov 2017 page 41)

and SYF borrowings will reduce RM60 mill and cash to increase to RM60 mill. Net effect RM120 mill and now they can concentrate to their core businesses - rubberwood furnitures and properties.
