see the quarterly results of SYF announced yesterday - the board segment which Mieco is buying now for latest quarter turned from net profit into net loss. and going forward Mieco needs to fork-out RM60 mill for the acquisition via bank borrowings or rights issue as well as need to absorb additional borrowings of RM60 mill. This is not bode well with the future of Mieco

想了想，Mieco 要是没有收购，未来只靠现有业务支撑，恐怕盈利不保。
虽然是说得承担rm51.52 bil债务,可这能带来未来增加/更刺激盈利表现，和乐而不为呢。

i hold 350 lots of mieco ave at 0.95. Paper loss almost 5k now.

its hard to predict why it down after hits 1.2 high in oct. last qtr was good.

its the biggest particle board in m'sia, up 60% share.

buying great platform will increase mrkt share to 70% and add qtr earning by 1m-3m qtrly

negative risks :
1. selling price down due to thai board lower price dump in local mrket would reduce next qtr earnings
2. great platform carries loan from SYF about 51.5m (to absorb by mieco) and cash of 7m.
3. md of mieco hold 56.77% share is also chairman/ceo of syf which hve 51.7%, too much at both, can lead to unprofessional decision.

but taking est of 52m profit annually, if my TP rm1, pe=10, still cheap. at current price 0.815 still hve big potential upside. whoever buy at 0.815 wud make easy money within 2-4 wks time once rebound.

MD cannot goreng in open mrkt, substantial shareholder must inform sc buy/sell. Unless by proxy. We'll see in Jan, if not up, something wrong. It oversold now. TA wise should rebound MACD signal call buy.
