YLTreit already gave them 50% cut for 2 years, after 2 years the 50% need to repay back in stage... So we only need to concern about Australia hotel, which is under management contract. more occupation rate mean more income.. Australia curb the virus quite well, just i do not know how well their hotel performed based on domestic travel. Also ringgit appreciation is good for YTLREIT because their loan is dominated in Aust dollar and Yen... |
