Stock is grossly oversold.

It has dropped back to its support level of 0.32 from a high of 0.70 about 4 weeks ago.

At this level, there is little downside.

Rebound is imminent.

Second call here if you have seen my MSM call. WTI crashed because of the lack of storage alternatives and the futures are expiring with traders not willing to fulfill. Sealink is poised to capture this opportunity with the vessel fleets on hand. They are able to refurbished with their vessel making experience to convert into FPSO's to hold on oil (single digits vs USD20+) for May contract and make profit.

This is a well run company with clear objective in deleveraging initiatives in FY2020. Unpolished gem in the making.

Necessary stabilisation measures are on the horizon from the OPEC countries. With more certainties we believe that the market has overreacted to the negative WTI futures yesterday. It was after all a negative on the April futures which was due for delivery.

It is more important for investors to stretch their horizon beyond that few days to fully appreciate the reversion to mean expected for O&G stocks. Granted that the new normal would not be equivalent to yesteryears but it would not be a stretch to say that the TP of 0.42 is far fetched either.
