From what i heard from KL frens,Sungai Wang has lost its fame due to traffic problems and also becoming a 'cheap and no standard shopping spot.The East Coast Mall in Kuantan is now confronting a new mall which is just right opposite.From sources i got from Kuantan frens,many shoppers are more there.

Yes, Sungai Wang is going to have major renovation works done to try and compete with other malls in KL.

Why REIT always issued additional units to pay the management fee? it's disadvantage to the minority isn't it. Is there any issuance limit?

Additional share listing will only dilutes the payable divided, that is not good for existing shareholders.

Based on their reputation and expertise in managing REITS, CMMT will surely turn their fortune around sooner than later. At current share price level, who has intention to have exposure in property rental for stable distribution income should invest immediately because at 1.07 it is very attractive. Remember be greedy when others are fearful.

Sg Wang NPI is only 6.9% for FY 2017, Gurney Plaza is 44%, there is a concentration risk.

True that prices are high. I just prefer a safer route, i.e. guaranteed rental rather than REITs undergoing transformation like CMMT.

Of course, the lower the price paid, the better the chances of capital appreciation and reduced risks of loss.

Just my personal preference that I'd choose certainty over uncertainty.
