debt from now already build in WTE plant and lss2=90mw solar plant..but WTE and lss2 no starting contribute profit yet. after this two project start operate will better

What‘s the impact to company financial position for this islamic bond issue? I think the company ought to bear more financial burden to ensure bond interest manage to deliver to investor, yet business or project dealt still at uncertainty situation.

maybe director sell because no dividend payout? soon cypark dept will increase 500mil more.of course company net profit will increase.but no dividend payout,nothing benefit to investor. just see the profit increase year by year.just my opinion

I hope i wouldn't offend anyone here.

They issued ESOS at the price of 0.595 on March during the market crash.

Just personal feeling as a shareholder at that time (i dispose all the share at loss), i felt they don't really care about other investor.

The way this company manage its cash flow is terrible. Profitability is good but if dunno how to manage cash flow also useless.

It's obvious, you need someone to buy when you're selling. So when the director sells, company buy. Because there is no such demand for the shares. And if you add together the ESOS thing, then you'll see how bad it is the management are.

It need to get into more debt to maintain its business. Cash flow out too fast and furious. No cash still can pay dividend, thumb up.

Concession 的Contract 很长 （比如： 20年） ，可以为公司长期带来稳定的收入 (recurring income)。所以，经营concession 的公司，债务都是偏高的。比如 YTL Power, net debt to equity 也是0.71x，现今PE为11x。结论就是，concession 的债务虽然偏高，但是不可以忽略 recurring income 带来的稳定性！

Cypark AGM is 18 JUNE 2020. Since it is a virtual AGM, please attend and ask the management about the parallel efforts of both director disposal and share buyback at the same time. I believe we have to find out the truth.

Rgd. the debt, no choice. Since they are talking about building a power plant, they've to borrow money to run the show.

High gearing and negative cash flow are off course can be a concern generally for some businesses. However what is more worrying and pertinent is the issue related to corporate governance. Recently the company suddenly offered 48.6 m share under ESOS at a price of only 59.5 sen during the depressed price period on 26 March 2020. Previously the exercise price under ESOS was RM1.42 and supposed to expire on Oct 2020. Not surprising the directors were selling their shares even at depressed prices as they can buy back the share at lower price of 59.5 sen only. Another worrying phenomenon is the company did carry out buy backs while the directors are disposing the shares.
