令吉最近升幅凌厉，严重打击以出口业务为主的上市公司。其中，家具股惨遭投资者抛售，导致股价大跌。

成业资源（SYF，7082，主板消费产品股）便是其中一家受影响公司。该股近期一直往下探，股价比起一年高峰的66.5仙，下调了接近一半。

而凭单成业资源WB（SYF-WB）跌幅更大。相比起52周高位的21仙，已经下跌了接近7成。

成业资源的主要业务，是生产橡胶木家具、板厂和产业发展，在截至10月31日的2018财年中，首季净利达628万令吉，比前年同期的1170万令吉净利，下跌46%。

The Group is expected to realise a net gain of approximately RM1.13 million from the Proposed
Share Disposal against the Group‟s NA as at 31 July 2016 of RM5.93 million, whilst at the
Company level, SYF expects to realise a net gain of approximately RM2.06 million from the
Proposed Share Disposal, against its cost of investment amounting to RM5.00 million as at 31
July 2016.

Most of the proceeds is in form of repayment of advances. If gain is slightly above RM1 mil, not much. The owner is just taking SYF to finance this business and than subsequently transfer to Mieco. But i think selling maybe good now since more cash less interest cost
