Shitt why? sunddently FINTEC comes in as a substantial shareholder! Don't you think it is comes from the same group syndicate/operator to Goreng, Pls be careful ! I think they form a big group like a pyramid network to play the game. There acquire more share into the company to join as a goreng team. The syndicate Goreng more volume or create volume or price up down like a rollercoaster & give more fake news to make everybody into the trap.
This is my point of view, doesn't mean it is correct, any comment dear ?

Bursa announcement on GPA

I'm really not sure what to make of this.

Reference is made to the 4 Subscription Agreements dated 1 September 2020 entered into between GPA and the Subscribers (Dato’ Eddie Ong, Ang Lin Chu, Lim Poh Yit and Dato’ Tee Tiam Hock) for the subscription of a total of 294,146,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Subscribers have mutually agreed to terminate the Subscription Agreements on 8 October 2020. Following the termination, the Subscription Agreements shall be terminated and rescinded and none of the parties shall have any further rights or obligations whatsoever under the Subscription Agreements save for the surviving provisions in Clause 16.3 of the Subscription Agreements and neither party to the Subscription Agreements shall have any claim whatsoever against the other.

市场消息指出，早前日本大数据中心公司豪华耀星（REGAL ORION）曾和丹斯里陈华春的GPA集团（GPA）洽谈倒置收购事件，GPA也证实该消息。

不过，由於受到新冠疫情影响，各国实施锁国封城，影响洽谈进程，豪华星耀倒置收购GPA的计划告吹。

豪华星耀在去年十二月以6900万令吉，收购森美兰州ENSTEK工业园一座半完成大数据中心，并投入庞大资金，以打造成日本以外的大数据库存中心。

该大数据中心将充作日本大企业库存数码数据中心，据悉，日本多家大企业是豪华星耀的顾客。

熟悉日本方的消息说，豪华星耀仍有意将该大数据中心业务，注进大马交易所的上市公司，作为该集团在大马永续经营的部署和计划。

科技联合是不是豪华耀星的目标？目前市场还在观察豪华星耀的行动。

With Tesla coming into the picture, the imminent closure of ATW has been taken completely off the table. All 210 jobs in the company would also be preserved, which should give Tesla and its German workforce a notable boost considering the caliber of ATW’s engineers. Considering that ATW was on the way towards bankruptcy when it was acquired, speculations suggest that Tesla may have received a very good deal in the acquisition.

Reports indicated that ATW’s business partners had received notifications on Tuesday that the company had agreed to be taken over by a manufacturer of electric vehicles from California. Tesla was not specifically named in the communication, though word quickly got around in the industry. A toast in ATW’s Neuwied site was held on Friday as well, in celebration of the takeover from Tesla.
