They are diversify their biz into properties development. That's why they have the EGM to ask shareholders approval on the diversification and hire a project manager for the project. Share start moving and rocket non stop since then. They also have private placement for funding. Price and purpose of the private placement announced and available in Bursa website. Sorry, I didn't check on the details. You may read and share here. A cut win should apply, price should drop once the PP shares listed and available for sale.
