SKP Resources tested the immediate resistance level of RM1.29 with higher trading volume. With a rising RSI, a bullish bias may be present above this mark with target prices of RM1.39 and RM1.48. Meanwhile, it may continue moving sideways if it fails to cross the RM1.29 mark in the near term. In this case, the immediate support is anticipated at RM1.20, whereby traders may exit on a breach to avoid the risk of a further correction.

Trading Call: Buy upon breakout above RM1.29

Target: RM1.39, RM1.48 (time frame: 3-6 weeks)

KWAP have direct (11%) and indirect interest (3%) of ~ 14% Shareholdings in SKP based on their Bursa Announcements. The indirect holdings are being held and managed by KWAP independent Fund Managers and they have a free reign to Buy or Sell.

ATA IMS BERHAD has secured five customers namely Sagemcom, Schneider Electric, Swift Labs, ecobee and cricut to begin production in CY2020 (more details in Exhibit 1). ATA has rented a 250K sq ft site dedicated for non-main customer projects, where the facility will be used for plastic injection moulding, final assembly and warehousing purposes.

The combined topline contribution from these customers is expected to be around RM150mil to RM200mil in the first year of production.

Looking good and getting better & better with a High of 1.36 and closing at 1.34 today. Those that successfully executed bottom fishing @ 1.03-1.05 before the 3.84 sen that went Ex Dividend in early October 2019 and still holding would have reap an absolute “bumper harvest” in less than 3 months (ie. Vulture Fund) :-)

Covid-19 make economy slown down fundamental company metamorphism ,expect local and foreign funds money would not flow in big cap and mid cap stock because everybody scare buy high losses money . In this few month expect Funds manager money would flow out in bigcap and midcap stocks and will short selling midcap stocks for make money so now no prospects cannot buy and hold .
market stock RM5.00 drop to RM 2.00 ,followed RM2.00 drop RM1.00,followed RM1.00 drop to 50 cent,followed 50 cent drop to 20cent ,followed 20 cent drop to 10cent ,followed 10cent drop to bottom.
This is a opportunity markets money no longer will flows in cheaper stocks sharks will goreng lows price stock at bottom..
