In quarter report, Board is optimistic to achieve "PROFIT GROWTH" in coming year and expect "revenue to increase" in coming quarters.
SKPRES was indeed doing a better job than VS during MCO period but share price increment is still losing to VS due to secured of a new contract.

AR seems promising:

One key decision which the group made in FY 2020 was to invest and install new capacities for the future. In total, the Group invested RM 100 million in FY 2020 including plants, machineries, Surface-mount Technology (“SMT”), robotic spray facilities to cater for both EMS and non EMS sector.

Last year, we reported that we had purchased a new factory adjacent to our current Johor Bahru operation plant. In this regard, we have successfully commenced operation in this new factory and we have achieved a vigorous record setting time of 3 months from the handover in May till August when we first started mass production.
We have thus far invested approximately RM 50 million in this set up which houses one of the most advance injectionmoulding facilities coupled with energy savings machineries and full fledge robotic automation. This new factory iscurrently operating at 80% capacities and we are reaping the benefits in terms of high yield efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduction in manpower usage. This has always been our ethos and I am glad that these strategies have materialised and serve the group well which ultimately help us achieves a higher margins.

On top of these developments, SKP BM Electronics Sdn Bhd (“SKP BM”) which provides PCBA solutions to our clientele have also started its maiden business delivery to our own in-house floor care products.

Notwithstanding this, this new division is also expected to contribute positively to our group revenue and earnings in the coming years. SKP BM are currently working on several new products to cater for our own in-house consumption and one key area of focus is the assembly of battery pack which is targeted to launch in FY 2021. These developments are progressing steadily.

SKPRES is a proxy to investing in Dyson.

The company is well positioned to record explosive earnings growth this year, mainly driven by higher demand for Dyson products.

Can the demand be sustained?

2 emerging trends are in favor:

First, thanks to Covid and the resulting shift to WFH trend, has resulted in increased demand for both household and hygiene products

Also bear in mind, there is a natural replacement cycle for household appliances.

there is a healthy pipeline of new products, more innovative products to automate more household chores

Second, Covid + trade war has prompted many MNCs to diversify their supply chain and reduce reliance on China

I see this as a permanent structural change in the supply chain where more manufacturers are relocating into ASEAN

PCBA is also contributing positively, gestation period is over, which would contribute to improvement in margin in coming quarters.

I am optimistic.

long term, like 2 to 3 years down the road. VS and SKP are the best in term of profit growth. Both are expanding and building new factories and securing new contracts. Growth is there, just have to wait. ATAIMS and PIE are not growing. Buy SKP and VS.

Skp is doing well ... and result will be out soon. And try to break 52 week high 1.95 .. and ppl start to sell in the afternoon ... market try to break 1611 resistance this week . I think tomorrow will try push back to test 1.95 ... if break ... then willl sky rocket to moon. 2.200 then next Mas 2.400 ...
