LTKM offered by Big boss 1.35, So Teoseng tmr should up +0.20.
Certainly Teoseng is much better than Ltkm.

Interesting news on LTKM privatization move.

Wonder how it will impact Teoseng. Using the same P/E ratio of LTKM offer price at 1.35,
that implies that Teoseng value of 1.27

But then:
1) Teo Seng is bigger than LTKM. Revenue more than double vs LTKM
2) Teoseng recent profit margin is bigger than LTKM
3) Teo Seng recently paid more dividend vs LTKM

Could the move by LTKM bring more attention to Teoseng?? I would think so....

Dear i3lurker,
I really do not know how to value chicken and egg stocks. Some doing well other doing bad (Herbert everyday cry father cry mother in Lay Hong) aren’t chicken and egg under price controlled item? I still remember when I am primary school going child, I used to take 2 half boil eggs as breakfast because my mum rearing chicken in the backyard. Nowadays when my children are growing up they hardly take any half boil eggs. (They have many choices for their breakfast)
