Dialog cannot grow tank terminals internationally as are not competitive as an international epc

RAPID has capacity to refine oil at 300,000 barrels or 47,619m3 per day.

Phase 1 completed storage 1.3mil m3 todate, additional 0.43mil m3 in progress. If required, can add another 0.57mil m3 in Phase 1.

Phase 2 has total 1.7mil m3 storage capacity

Langsat has total 0.95mil m3 storage capacity.

Total storage now in Pengerang and Langsat will be 4.38mil m3 about 3 months reserve storage to meet RAPID requirements. This has not yet considered storage for petro chemical products, storage for oil already refined or chemical products. They have another 0.4mil m3 storage in Kertih

Assuming storage charges about RM8.50m3/ month Dialog expect to earn gross RM40mil/ month for present storage capacity. They will also operate and maintain Deep Water Terminal 1 and 2A where they will collect berthing charges. They have spent the Capex, so hopefulle EPS will be improved. Phase 3 under negotiation for development of another Terminal, storage and downstream developments.

Dialog also diversify into plant and tank maintenance and most importantly Catalyst Handling Services to improve refinery and chemical production not offered by Serba Dinamik.

I anticipate profit and EPS will be gradually increased though revenue may decrease.

Dialog also doing e-business via e-petrol since 2007 but doesn't seem to be successful. Its website states that e-petrol can also be used for welfare :

"Welfare Management - platform and services for the delivery of welfare aide directly to recipients, while offering donors a transparent reporting mechanism to ensure that their donations are received by the intended recipients. The primary payment instrument used is the MyKad"

Now the government is looking for e-vendor to implement its petrol subsidies. Will Dialog be a forerunner?

Dialog started with EPCC but is now getting competitive with lower profit margin. Dialog is aware of this as stated in their Annual Report, hence EPCC and upstream will be added bonus only to Dialog's business. The management has demonstrated resilient.

Pengerang 1 - 5 berthing terminals
Pangerang 2 - 12 berthing terminals

say average tanker size 200m, berthing charges RM5/hr

hence, 17 x 200 x 5 x 24 x 30 days = RM12.24mil/ mth
= RM147 mil/ year
Say only only 70% usage = RM102mil/ year gross revenue

30 mil m3 independent storage available for 400mil population

Malaysia & Singapore
14 mil m3 independent storage for 3 billion population

Hence, there is a potential growth for independent storage in this region

Appear Dialog's e-petrol has good potential as their system appear to meet the requirements for deserving recipient only using MyKad. It is already tested and running for many years which includes the remote area in Sabah and Sarawak.
